Vegetable Choices

There are so many vegetables choice out there this is going to be a long list. I am sure that after trying enough different types prepared in different ways, you can find one that you like. Even if you hate vegetables, you can acquire the taste by slowly adding different kinds prepared in different ways. It is well worth your effort.

Eating any of these vegtables can do wonders for your health. You do not have to follow the trend of the next “superfood.” For instance, Kale gets a lot of hype but it is way overblown. There really is not much special about it compared to other vegetables, like spinach. Don’t fall for the hype. Just eat what you like. That is plenty.
